When you delete your account, your profile and associated data will be permanently removed. .
Please review these important Terms and Condition before you proceeding with deleting your account.
By Deleting your account, you will no longer be able to access Ad-Din Services and or log in to Ad-Din system.
Ensure that the user understand any active subscription associated with the application will also be cancelled.
When we delete your account with Student, Teacher and Admin role, we may retain certain information as re quired by Ontario Student records regulations, legitimate business purpose, or to comply with legal or regulatory obligation.
Student accounts upon successful deletion will be removed from all the class and subject linking, and marked inactivated and login will be disabled.
When retaining such data, we ensure it is safeguarded against unauthorized use and strictly adhere to the corporate defined regulations.
Note: If you have more than one Google Account, deleting one won’t delete the others.

Login to portal.ad-din.ca
Click on Profile icon in top right corner
Click on the Preference tab
Click on Delete Account
Click on Proceed.
Click on Delete on the final confirmation screen.
You will be logged off and a confirmation will be given in bottom right corner.
Login to Ad-Din Mobile App.
Tap on settings wheel icon in top right corner
Tap on the name to get in to the profile page.
Tap on Delete Account
Review and tap on Proceed
Click on Delete on the final confirmation
Tap OK on success message.
You will be logged out of the account.
For a better user experience earlier in Ad-Din post log out we used to display this information with last logged on username. Please ignore this screen by tapping on ok.
