Change or Verify email address after the email verification link has expired


In order for you to receive emails from your Masjid or Madrasah, Ad-Din requires one time verification of your e-mail. Similarly when you want to change your email address in Ad-Din you are required to verify your new email address. 


As much as we try to keep on top of our email inboxes, sometimes we don't respond to a message as quickly as it requires, if you are not able to access the verification link sent from Ad-Din before it expires, then your email address will not be verified or changed. This original email verification is no longer valid after 2 hours.


You can update or resend the verification email by either,

  1. Login to Ad-Din App > tap on three lines in top-left corner > tap on "View Profile" or a top image > tap on the Pen icon in Email section > Enter your existing or new email and tap on Update > check your email and click on the activation link.
  2. Login to Ad-Din Web portal (portal.ad-din.ca) > from Top-Right corner click on Profile > tap on the Pen icon in Email section > Enter your existing or new email under UPDATE E-MAIL and click on Update for new email or click on Verify to receive new activation link for an existing email > check your email and click on the activation link.


You will then have 2 hours to access this new verification email. If this email expires, you will have to repeat the process until you are able to access the email before it expires.
Sometimes due to strict spam policies the email may result in your SPAM folder, please add news@ad-din.ca and info@ad-din.ca to your safe senders list.
